There are two standard rate cards. One for corporate events, and one for Weddings. You can find them both by clicking on the Documents tab.
For many jobs, however, costs are all agreed through bespoke quotations. The creative process is such that many jobs are so distinctly different that providing a quote tailor made to the brief is the only fair way of agreeing appropriate costs.
Where possible, having an idea of the available budget will help us develop appropriate ideas. Looking at the rate cards will give you some idea of general costs but we'll talk you through everything at the time, so you can make the choices that fit your project and your budget.
We will always provide value for money and don't believe in surprises, for you or for us. So once we agree a cost, we'll stick to it, as long as nothing changes. If we decide to put more time into any task, that's our decision and we don't expect you to pay for it. But if anything does change in the brief after a cost has been agreed, we may need to agree to additional charges. To avoid this happening, we like to be meticulous in preparing for a job and ensure details and expectations are all crystal clear at the outset.
All profits from all jobs at The Monastery Studios are gifted to The Monastery of St. Francis and Gorton Trust. All costs are subject to the addition of V.A.T. at the prevailing rate, unless the place of supply is not in the UK.
Wherever you are in the world, we'll make payment options easy for you. You can use bank transfer, credit / debit cards or PayPal.
