Developing A Brief
We see one of our jobs as making YOUR life easier. And that starts with the brief. Just tell us what you want to achieve, and how you want to achieve it. A video, an ad, a brochure, a poster, a new website.
We'll need to know who your audience is, defined in any way you can. Age, gender, demographics, psychographics, purchasing habits...and if this all sounds like psychobabble to you, then just say it anyway you wish. We speak plain English too.
If you can write it great but if you'd prefer just to talk to us, we'll take notes.
Most importantly, we want to get inside your head - just a little. Clients always know their markets better than anyone and particularly how their product or service fits in. So the best marketing brief you can give us is to write an ad or a video script in your own words. Do it fast and without any attempt to get spelling, grammar or anything else right. It doesn't matter. It will give us a lot of the information we need, like product features, benefits, competitive difference, and tone of voice. It's a brain dump. Our professional copywriters will then turn your content-rich brief into the magic words that will form the backbone of a video, website, ad or brochure.
